CAT

C.A.T. (Cycle Adjustment Technique)

The CAT Lucid Dreaming Technique is performed by going to sleep at the same time every night, but waking up 90 minutes earlier than normal to perform reality checks, then alternate back to your normal wake time every second day to induce lucid dreaming.

Reality Checks

R.C. (Reality Checks)

Reality Checks are used to establish if you are actually in a dream or awake.

DILD

D.I.L.D. (Dream Induced Lucid Dream, Dream Induction of Lucid Dreams)

A DILD lucid dream happens when you are having a dream and then you realize that your actually dreaming.

MILD

M.I.L.D. (Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dream, Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams)

The MILD technique allows you to have and remember many lucid dreams during the night by repeating your intent to do so as you fall asleep.

The Lucid Dreaming Dictionary

The Lucid Dream Dictionary is a Dictionary, Glossary, and Encyclopedia for Lucid Dream terms, techniques, and induction methods.

I created this blog to fill a gap that I saw in the Lucid Dreaming community.
I feel that a simple definition and concise walk through, or description would help to clarify many of the techniques and principals of Lucid Dreaming; which can help you to have a lucid dream more easily.

I will post these techniques along with links or videos that I feel will further explain the technique, method, tip or lucid dreaming item or idea.
